We had 3 cold radiators after another technician installed a boiler for us & was unable to get them going & said we need an expensive power flush. I called Go Assist whose Technician used her expertise to get them working in no time. I was really impressed with her efforts & her dedication to get them working. She saved me a lot of money & time if I had to do a power flush. I really can't praise Go Assist & the Technician enough!!

Very helpful and polite, Colin explained everything and I was able to arrange for my boiler to be fixed.
It was nice to be able to sort things out quickly and with no hassle.

Got a call back very quickly from my initial communication about the repair to our gas boiler. My insurance company were struggling to find a suitable contractor for the repair but Connor came to our rescue with confidence and politeness.

The plumber who came to look at my shower was friendly, polite and professional and he turned up when he said he would !

Our usual repair company couldn't attend for three days. Go Assist said they would get us a plumber within the same day or 24 hours. I phoned for help at midday and we were sorted by 4.30.
